Once your purchase is complete, your videos will be instantly available in the 'My Library' section of your account. You can stream them on any device or download them via our mobile app for offline viewing.
What is your return policy for physical gear and kimonos?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed gis, apparel, and training gear. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take for physical products?
Domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days.
Can I get a refund on a digital instructional if I don't like it?
